Over the weekend of 17th/18th November, a key domain registrar experienced a major DNS outage. This resulted in sporadic downtime across the weekend for both hosted web sites and email.
The outages meant that many web domains could not be resolved and therefore servers for hosted sites and email could not be located.
The 4fx servers remained fully operational in this time period.
The situation is now rectified and all services are running as normal. We of course, will be monitoring the situation very closely and will update on any further changes.
