Ensuring all opportunities are taken from customers on the Assured programme. Ensuring that vehicles being Assured are within the set guidelines (year / mileage etc) Selling to vendors not on the existing programme where applicable. Ensuring that the number of returns does not reach an unacceptable level. Collating information for reports when necessary including monthly staff bonus payments. Carry out Assured inspections when required to cover holidays.
The successful candidate will need to be self motivated and driven in order to meet and exceed targets set. You will also need to be able to effectively manage your team to ensure achievement of goals set in accordance with the business plans and budgets for the branch. Good communication skills are essential as well as strong IT skills for use of Microsoft Excel & Word. Previous knowledge of vehicle inspections are essential, with knowledge of estimating and vehicle repairs a distinct advantage.
