Zoom Taxis is an established local taxi company catering to customers in and around Towcester and its surrounding villages. Being close to Silverstone, they have good coverage for travel to and from the famous racetrack and are well known in the locality. However, Zoom wanted to expand into other areas around Milton Keynes and promote the executive travel element of their business.<\/p>\n

Working with local businesses\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

After finding 4fx through our website (and liking what they saw), they were keen to work with a local firm, so our teams had an initial meeting to understand more about what they were trying to achieve. We defined requirements for their new look and feel and got a good understanding of what they needed from their new website.<\/p>\n

Picking up the brief\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Zoom\u2019s overall objective was to improve their image in the marketplace among prospective customers for their taxi services, as well as promoting their executive travel options and airport runs. They also wanted to make their App more prominent in their marketing materials and on their website.<\/p>\n

4fx was commissioned to develop a new logo, a promotional leaflet and design and build a new website, which incorporated an integrated booking system and detailed airport enquiry form.<\/p>\n

Delivering a website to drive traffic\"\"<\/strong><\/h3>\n

After presenting initial visuals for the new logo and flyer and agreeing a design concept, we moved onto the design and build of a new website and detailed enquiry form to facilitate online bookings through a third party provider.<\/p>\n

The new brochure site has clear, relevant and stylish visuals. The navigation has improved the user experience by separating out all the different services available, giving customers information about areas covered, vehicle sizes and baggage space, as well as providing a dedicated airport booking for and access to the taxi app.<\/p>\n

Seeing airport bookings take off<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Following the launch of the website and other marketing material, the taxi firm is going from strength to strength. It has already seen an increase in airport run enquiries and online bookings. Its new look it has transformed its brand and is attracting new customers from its target areas and building loyalty from existing ones.<\/p>\n
